WOW!!
Im about speechless this is some of the best animation i have ever seen, this may be a teaser, but this already beats almost everything on Newgrounds, hell the only other animator I can think of is as good as this would be what Adam Phillips puts out in his bitey of brackenwood series. I can't wait for the first episode.

Well, Adam Phillips arguably rose the bar of flash with his bitey series....Well i think you just came along and matched it. This was great, and like others i can not wait to see what this piece will look like finished. I can go on jabbering about how good this is, but i wont..because you already know that this is a work of greatness.

decent character design, excellent animation, awesome sound (except the trendy Deftones rock song, I'm very against using songs like that in flash)
I hope you have a very cohesive story line set up (i realize it's just a teaser, but I don't understand why all the people were fighting, and why there were those enforcer types, hope thats explained later)
you're on your way to a great series, keep it up
but please, if you want to put a Korn (or some other trendy shit band) song in your movie, please think again.

I chose the Deftones because I've always liked the dark, gloomy, almost eerie quality of their music, and I always thought it would sound good with a post-apocalyptic setting. In fact, this song and a few others by the Deftones were some of the most influential sources of inspiration for me during the early planning stages of this movie.
As for the plot, I can't give anything away yet, but rest assured that everything happens for a reason.
