Negative. I've heard of that game, but unfortunately I've never played it.
A lot of the inspiration for Sera's design came from the character of Faye from Cowboy Bebop, who is probably my favorite female animated character of all time. However, the majority of my ideas for Sera's design were just pieced together from various characters that I looked at for reference, as well as some of my own ideas that I threw in.

Dude seriosuly...everything about this is PERFECT, the shading, the coloring, the body postures and movements. please...i really want to know how you knew how to do what you did, i would really appreceate it thanks man. this is the best EVER, this is like PRO stuf fallready, realy man, it can be on tv. dont worry you gonna do good later.

That was some of the most awesometastic crap I've ever seen in flash. Totally killer.
Very, very occasionally the animation on the woman was a little lacking. If not for that I woulda given you a 10. But awesome stuff regardless. The backgrounds and vehicles were flawless. Can't wait for this to be continued.
