Wow.
Wow, it's very nice. Very, very well done. I found little to no flaws in the animation at all.
However, I don't like the subject matter, but I won't let that sway my opinion.

this has got to be the closest ive ever seen a flash get to an actual animation on newgrounds, since i became a member. Very nice, it was even better since the begining was slow and made u think it was gonna be just another flash. KEEP IT UP! and GOOD LUCK!

Man, that was fuckin incredible! I wanna see more. simple to say, that flash kicked ass, just too bad that blown Hemi with a tunnel ram had to take a dive, some bitches dont appreciate nice American cars, shooting them and shit. Other than that, nice work, but next time, dont make it take place in LA, make it take place in a shitty city that really does suck like NY or Detroit.
Amazing animation
This is definatly the second best animation in all of Newgrounds' archives.
I can't say the plot is the most sturdy I've ever heard. Somewhat redundant, and reminds me a lot of Escape from Los Angeles, or Fire Reign ( in vague aspects ). The graphics are absolutely superb, and the borrowed sound effects are very well placed.
The animation was a little twitchy, and there are things that could be nitpicked about, though they're miniscule and unimportant. All around, this is definatly going on my list of favorites. A very beautifully designed flash, with enough of everything to keep nearly all of it's viewers waiting for the first episode to be released.
This diserves a solid 10.
