Very nicely done work, especially for a teaser.
You have a pretty unique style which fits a movie of this genre well. The combination of clear and well used sound with stunning graphics and cinematic effects makes you feel as though you are there with the main character in the heat of it all.
A nice balance of violence hasn't turned this flash into another 'hack and slash' movie with excessive gore but actually makes it seem realistic. That really remains to be seen in upcoming movies though when the plot unravels however.
*SPOILER WARNING*
Alas, nothing is perfect and I have a little bit of constructive 'story' criticism. I think that the main character emerging from the crash completely unscathed is a tad cliched...perhaps a grazed forehead or a cut on the cheek or something along those lines would keep that small part of the movie in line with the realism of the rest of it. Perhaps a scene where the viewer looks through her eyes as she opens them and looks up in the driver's seat whilst hearing some kind of breathing/heart-beat sound effect. It would make the main character seem more frail and more human too...unless, of course, she's more than she appears...
Overall, excellent stuff. Keep it up.

I can't believe how good this looks! The animation, the art, the story, everything! But, whenever a trailer this good is released, the actual episodes never get made for some reason. So all I can say is please make more and keep at it my good man!
