EXCELENT!
A very good Pico's animation, the graphics were very sweet, the sound simply excelent and the story... well was kind of weird, but good too.
The best Pico parody ever
This is, without a doubt, exceptionally awesome. Of course, this movie features Pico, the official NG character. The story is a bit bizarre in a way: Pico goes to an ice-cream shop and pays for mini ice-cream cone, given that he has limited money. As he walks out, a bunch of bullies (identical to the workers) confront him. He pulls out his double uzi's and does his "thing."
First of all, the movie has sensational graphics. The animation is ultra-smooth. The sound is excellent, and there is nice music to fit with each scene. Of course, there is violence and gore. The only setback is the originality and story. They're pretty weak.
Overall, this movie is the best Pico parody ever.
