Alright, I didn't get that last part, but hey. I pretty much watched it for the action. I don't get why all the Uberkids had to come out and try and kill him, but hey. Ripped off the Matrix, quite a substantial amount too. Pico's awesome, nobody cares much. Especially loved the gun scene. Funny how he draws them with lightning speed then stands there. Nevermind, it was all pretty cool, bit senseless, but worth watching all the same. Very nicely done.

I don't normally write reviews anymore, but... I think you deserved one. Pico's Unloaded has got to be one of the better works on Newgrounds I would think, as for my ratings, i'll explain them.
Graphics - Pretty obvious, you animation was flawless, creative, and was just superb all together.
Sound - At least you did't copy constant music from the Matrix, thank god.
Interactivity - Self explanitory, the only interactive thing is that button that you push to start the movie.
Style - Alright, I gave you a 7 because I love the Matrix stuff, but I think you have finally topped every single Matrix variation, i'm going to hit anyone else who tries to do one because it's been milked so much.
Violence - I gave you a 5 because I have seen a lot more violence, from a cartoon overall. Although there was still some, and the violence that you did show was shown very well.
Humor - Was it supposed to be funny?
Overall you get a 8/10, good job.

That movie was pretty sweet. Violent, yes...and I can say it is difficult to believe a submachine gun could fire as many rounds without any sort of reload. Regardless, the style, quality, and originality of the story are exceptional; it's Pico, but with [The] Matrix music and Matrix styles. Overall, everything blends well. Excellent job. :D
