Masterpiece
The animation, music, and continuity of this piece really made me happy to know that this was made awhile back. When the great Tom Fulp came out with Pico back when I was in my early days of high school, I couldn't get enough of the little guy! I literally still have Pico's School down to a science. Pico is a legend and this animation provided the series with even more poise.
