Ah, good Ol' Winchester
This is one of the best flashes on Newgrounds, I'm not kidding. You guys are excellent in every part of the toon. South Park, Spiderman, SSBM, I love it all! I like the Homestar references, the animation. The minigames weren't that bad either. Oh yeah, nice Homestar references. I do hope to see a sequel, with more Maroon 5.
Overall, I laughed very hard at this, and I love the actionscripting and animation.

I liked the first one better, but part 2 isn't so bad either.
Graphics: always on top, good animated, it didn't get a 10 only because the lack of special effects.
Sound: sound quality is good it got 9.
Story: Good, very good. Allthough the story wasn't consentrated on the games themselves like in 1 part (E3, evil produsers), it was still entertaining.
Tip: if there really will be part 3, then you could make story more similar to part one. Animation and sound are good, keep up the good work.
lacks depth
I liked the first Decline because it really pointed out what was wrong with today's video games in a very humorous way.
Decline 2's humor is less video-game related and not as sharp. If it wasn't for the fame of 1, this wouldn't have made it to to tops.j

Tell u the truth
It was funny in the begging and as the movie passed by it started to get worse and worse until i just stop playing it. But the sound and graphics were awesome
