a great improvement over the first.
These days its very hard to find a good flash cartoon that is as entertaining as this one.
Decline of Video Gaming 2 parodies both games and shows that you would see on television and it also does a pretty good job of poking fun of them
and since it takes place at the E3 you will also see some of the video game developers.
The visuals have been Improved over the last cartoon and it runs at 18 frames per second.
The visual style is very good too.
Sound is also good
the voice acting is pretty good although you will have too turn up the volume at one part since its very quiet(the part where they read a letter from the E3)
The music is also top notch.
overall Decline of Video Gaming 2 is an entertaining cartoon

this is really better than the first one. I like the games at the preloader screen. They were pretty cool. And the movie was funny. Great job.

This is the best flash movie i have seen on Newgrounds. I have seen it thousands of times and i just can't get tired of it. Great humor and good animation :).
I agree in almost everything u point out about games, i liked that 1 about Final Fantasy (ATB system) i have been annoyed by that forever it takes a really LONG time to load..... But anyways great job and keep it up!!!
