a great improvement over the first.
These days its very hard to find a good flash cartoon that is as entertaining as this one.
Decline of Video Gaming 2 parodies both games and shows that you would see on television and it also does a pretty good job of poking fun of them
and since it takes place at the E3 you will also see some of the video game developers.
The visuals have been Improved over the last cartoon and it runs at 18 frames per second.
The visual style is very good too.
Sound is also good
the voice acting is pretty good although you will have too turn up the volume at one part since its very quiet(the part where they read a letter from the E3)
The music is also top notch.
overall Decline of Video Gaming 2 is an entertaining cartoon

"YOUR DAILING A BANANA" was the best keep it up fellas............................ and ladies. but there was one thing that i neglegted to inform me of. IF a chicken had lips could it whistle, oh and elmo has no ears ive heard.......how does he hear.
