I was only like 2 minutes into the game before it started really creeping me out. Did you design all the rooms? Some of them look like photos from Weird NJ or Midnight Society or something (if you're into haunted houses and stuff you've probably stumbled onto those places by now).
The locations were mostly various googled images that I photoshopped to make creepy. Most of the scenes I already had pictured in my head, but it just would have taken to long to create them from scratch. So I'd scour the web, find a picture that fits and spook the scene up to give it atmosphere... Photoshop colorize and burn tool rocks.
Too slow
The fade outs between clicks in each scene are long enough to be annoying, and the hunting for a specific pixel to click on can get annoying too, but it's got a good style
You know what... I actually agree with you. I think it's too slow as well - but don't worry... the next game I do will fix that... hey! It's my first flash game... I've got to learn somehow :)
