Fine horror adventure game

Well , let's see . I like the background of the game , it fits perfectly in a haunted house .
The info given when pointed to a certain object certain helps the player , that's makes the game less frustating .
The story was pretty intriguing , the info on the book is suitable for those who like to dwell deep into the story(though I just skim through some of the books, thankfully the guide gave a neat summary on it) ,and of course alternate endings makes the game wayy better.
What's amazing is that the game gave alternate ending that lead to no paradox(if this is the right word),it means no different storyline , any ending will lead to the next game Exmortis-2 ! I just find that ingenius(for the woods ending).
The horror was abit okay ...
The puzzle , well..I gotta say it's pretty hard . Without the guide , hell ....No wonder the guy had lumps on his head..He was probably " OMG...What the hell is this ?? Puzzles ? Pentagram-what? I sign up for the devil and got this piece of brain smashing puzzle ? Screw the devil , I'm outta here!!! "*Dash for the door*
Here's the guide web , don't make the protagonist have more lumps kay :
