Absolutely effing incredible
That was by far the most advanced example of Flash I've ever seen. It was just about perfect in almost every way. Please, I implore you, create more excellent movies. It was a little on the long side but other than that it was awesome.
By the way my favorite scene was the one where Bitey was leaping through the trees. I have no idea how you did that but it was fantastic. Also, the part with one of the Prowlies playing with the little fuzzy white bug was, in my opinion, technically amazing too. His head looked almost three-dimensional.
Just a tip for next time: I'm sure an artist of your calibre doesn't need to resort to bathroom humor to appeal to the Newgrounds crowd.
It was overall nigh perfect. You deserve a 5/5 by everyone who views this. You should work for Disney or something.
