Simply amazing animation.
The only downside for me was the whole plot... I guess i'm more of a shoot 'em up fan than a mystical/friendly creature type.
The graphics were stunning... the water, superb. A shame you need a bunch of 3d programs for that stuff, though...
Over all a great animation. But I honestly can't see how this is number one on the portal.

The only 3D element in the entire movie is one tree in the tree-jumping sequence. It's the red-brown tree that the camera swings around. It sticks out like a sore thumb because it's the only piece of 3D.
The water is entirely hand-drawn frame-by-frame. Matter of fact, I'm flattered that you think "a bunch of 3d programs" generated it for me...

I thought it was kinda funny and there was definatly good animation at hand but it was kinda boring and weird so you could take your animation and do something that's funny too like Legendary Frog's work.

It was alright, the graphics were Great but it pisses me off how the "Beast" gets the worst of it.
