Reviews for "Prowlies at the River"

brilliant as usual

Adam Phillips... i'll have your children.
This is just brilliant, especially the action scripting when swinging through the trees. I love the atmosphere of Brackenwood, I love the style of drawing and the charactors are flawless. I'm a big flash fan and this is my favourite piece of flash to date. Pure class.

a diamond in the rough

films like these are quite rare these days. It obviously takes an immense skill in flash, but also a very talented writer. Overall i am quite pleased with this film and hope to see more in the future

*grins*

Bitey has mad skills, and he tears it up...although he seems to be lacking in the common sense department : O P

but still, very funny, very well drawn, and you definately need to continue the stories.

hahahahahahahaha!!!!

i laughed.... i cried...... i got angry and hit stuff..... that is the power of a great movie

this is by far the best animation i have ever seen on NG and the sound effects and music went perfectly with the action....

never again will there be a movie that will add up to this short film

I've changed my mind about Prowlies.

Before I watched this movie, I had a bad impression of Prowlies, not sure why, but for some intuitive reason perhaps, it just didn't suit to my tastes. I know I was being favoritic towards the films I liked, but seeing Prowlies at the River at the top of the all-time list appalled me. Maybe it was the gossip and such spreading around Newgrounds that Prowlies was an unfair film that just... well... didn't fit on the throne. These rumors took hold of me, and I began to loath Prowlies with a passion. Now, I must remind you have I hadn't even seen the movie yet. Later I decided to watch the Flash, at least give it a fair judgment. But the instant I opened the window for it, I peered at the bottom of the screen, and closed out of it. 5.5 MB?!? That was unheard of, and would take ages to load. Plus the fact that it was over the file size limit fed my hatred for the movie. Perhaps it was another of the films that was let past because of Tom Fulp's discretion. Now would be a good time to point out that I don't particularly like Tom Fulp's animation either. But I have a good reason for that. So I avoided Prowlies entirely, until today. I braved the loading nightmare to give the film a second chance at redemption, and here I am now. I loved it!
