Very original!! all the characters and creatures are lovable, and interact so well. I like their quick "twitchy" movements, too; it adds to the humor. Another thing I want to add, is how much I loved the water effects... so nice! Keep it coming!!!!!!!

you don't know me but you used the color scheme, shape attitude, EVERYTHING that I put in my favorite character in my games. (I make them with game maker so they're not on ng)

Great story telling and graphics
I think that you are an absolutely great story teller. What I think a lot of artists here (on newgrounds) forget is that they are not only showing off their drawing, animation, and creativity, they are telling a story. With Prowlies at the River, you make it obvious that you know what you are doing and know how to use stylish graphics not only as a way to show off but as a way to tell a story. The main character has a reason to go where he goes and do what he does, he doesn't just do it as you see in many other similar types of art. Your graphics were beautiful and the style of the toon is perfect. The music and sound is used very well and my only complaint is that it could be a little higher quality to match the quality of the rest of it, though I'm sure you are using what sound creation and stuff to the max. Perhaps consider investing in some better sound software and creators and stuff so that your sound is of the same caliber as the graphics and style. Great job and keep it up, I'd love to see another one soon.
