Half-decent, it is.
It had no real plot at all, and was confusing when Krillan is shown at first, but I did like the half-drunk expression Ash had when the bear was roaring at his sorry ass and I liked how they used Pikachu's laughing thing when he was getting the crap kicked outta him. Of course the part with the bear standing perfectly erect and roaring was kinda dumb, but overall a decent way to waste 30 seconds of your life.
