hmm... im sorry for failing to see how this flash got to be nr 1... pretty good graphics, a bit old plot but nice anyway, good length and pretty bad sound. in my opinion bitey of brackenwood did all of those things better (except maybe for the length). so... good job, but still... 1st place????
I thought it would be a bit better..
That was a verry cool animation... but as alot of flash on this site.. it lacks a "hook" something to intune the viewer to entirely focus on the animation and you have to maintain that hook.. without having too much of a pause between events, sound, and dialog. (but then again this is way better then most animations) nice job!
Derivative but overall good.
The style has been done a thousand times over, as has the story. Lone wolf sets out on journey to rid the world of an evil despot, losing his life to set everything right. And the character style is nothing new. The animation was good. The use of different perspectives was nice. You don't see that done well too often in flash cartoons. The text was unreadable for the most part. It's far too ornate to use as body text. It needs to be used in larger point sizes for titles. The one major gripe I had is the voice work. It doesn't fit and sounds really terrible. The sound effects were nice, but the voices sounded like a couple of 15 year old kids, and for all I know, It could have been.
That was so cliche...
Not to be an asshole but that intro couldn't get anymore cliche. Silent Hill 3 theme music? C-mon, Seriously? Overdramatic much?
