I love Public Service Announcements... and the highest height of a PSA... is a NEWGROUNDS PSA... so there ya go, your flash is already massively pleasing me in its existence alone. So what better way to spend my 300th review, eh?
Now, to the actual flash. Interesting soundtrack... Meshes with the clock voice quite nicely, actually.
Graphics are okay. Mostly pics, after all. A bit more drawn stuff woulda been good, I suppose.
And finally... the content and message. How to not make abusive reviews! What better message could there be for all the idiots who will be tempted to review your movie with abusive reviews?! Oh, the irony. Or wait, maybe it's just perfectly fitting.
In any event, I highly enjoyed this tour de force, I applaud your sentiments, I admire the PSA's text, and I hope this gets the word out... if you've helped even ONE idiot stop his compulsive all-caps reviewing... then you have done all of NG a service, my good man.
