This was a great movie but i must say i still like the original better! Some of the things i noticed however were the much better graphics and i thought vadars ganstra neck chain was hilarious. Good job and way to bring back a classic!
That was unreal
Definitely one of the best flash movies on newgrounds ever. Anybody who does not give this 5, and an overall 10 needs to have their hand chopped off by Darth Vader. Kick ASS!!!
Flash can do THAT!?
This is by far the greatest flash animation ever! How did you make all of those 3-D perspective movements? Shape tweening? Masking? Drawing anything that has its perspective changed again and again? ...It's probably a combonation of the first two. Now I'll review.
Animation/Graphics: WOW! The graphics a lone are enough to make you watch this again and again! When I zoom in to the face of the Emperor I can see how much detail was put into the characters! The flashes, light saber swings, camera angles, ...everything is top notch! ...Or is it? When say that I'm not saying that they aren't good. It's just that, this would be kind of saddening if this was the farthest flash made graphics could go. You'll probably succeed even more in the ways of flash animation and this will no longer be top notch! The greatest I've yet to see, though! 10/10
Sound: I'm not a big fan of rap. Who cares though? Man, this song is so catchy! And basically, anybody that can make their own CD worthy song for a flash is worthy of a ten in sound. 10/10.
Humor: Eh. What can I say, it's star wars people looking like homies and there's a rap song and such. Not garenteed to make you laugh out loud. Still, the medalions in the end were a nice touch, I like Yoda's part of the song, and... yeah. Six would mean that It almost made me chuckle. But this gets a seven, meaning it did. Very few flash can! 7/10
This is definitely the coolest flash animation in the world. It's too bad that we'll have to wait so long for the full version. But when it comes out, it's gonna be awesome!!! And by the way, in the ratings thing, it says that there is mild nudity, and mild adult themes. Are you going to stuff all that stuff in the ending? Whatever! Best flash ever! (graphics and sound-wise. If we were talking humor, that would be the perfect kirby series)

First of all, THANK YOU for taking the time to write such an in-depth review! It's very well-taken. Now, to answer you:
1. Yes you are right, it's an EXTENSIVE combination of shape-tweening and masking
2. Yes again, the mild-nudity is in the extended ending (oops, was that a teaser? ;) I just messed up, now it's corrected.
P.S. A cookie for you if you guess where the mild-nudity is from... should be easy.
