Heheh, brings back memories...
Nice ending, kinda brings the whole phenomenon full loop, no?

Best one yet
That was wicked awesome. I loved the new camera angels and everything and that had to be the sickest ending. You make the best flashes. This is the sickest flash eva! Next time around make intestines and parts of brain and and that sort of thing splurt out everywhere!
reminds me of kill bill
lol, nice work too bad the hero blew himself up.
job well done,
The Madness series means alot to most people, everybody has their own opinion about this new highly anticipated episode. I personally am not a specific big madness fan so ill keep it short. Nice movie, sweet animation, although the floating hands and simple heads dont push ur animation skills to the limits. The music i didnt found as catchy as in the madness avenger and the entire innovating rampage massacre idea isnt as original anymore as in the earlier parts. So thats why i dont give u a 10. There are other ways u can take this series. How about some madness guy slaughtering in the jungle as some parody to the Rambo movies? Or maybe a Dawn of The Dead type of zombie killer? It's up to you, but i wouldnt reccomend making another episode in the same setting with only better special effects.
EM Review
When I got on NG today, I was very very glad to see taht another Madness movie had shown up..when I clicked it I just really hoped it was a Krinkels movie, and when I realized it was, I was blown away. Then I saw the score. 4.60? I almost fell of my chair. So you'll have to understand, that my anticipations were somewhat high. I moved over to a better pc and started the movie...
The start was nice, I liked the whole "hey, can I bum a smoke from ya?" idea, original and fun. Then he entered the building, and the first moves felt good and original. I started feeling good about this movie. Pherhaps a score og 4.60 wasn't too far off. But now, after seeing the whole thing (twice) I am starting to wonder.
Now, I don't really like Final Fantasy A+ that much. I think it's too "sweet", and the artwork could have been better. But I know it's a great movie, because it's original and pretty much fun.
Madness isn't original. So what are you gonna do? Yes, you're gonna make it fun and you're gonna do it well. So you put one guy up against a hundred other dudes, and give him incredible moves and a quick mind to deal with everyone. This works to a certain degree.
Let me take an example: The last fight, although it looks amazing with all those dudes (I felt matrix: reloaded all over again) it's not much more than swinging the sword from left to right, and walking forward. Now, some of you will say "u-uh, he uses his pistol and swings his sword around the back etc etc". And yes, I am aware of the details (loved the guy lighting a smoke, best thing about the whole movie) but it gets stale. You see, although he might not be just swinging his sword, it looks like he is. The madness-series have always (too me) been good because of original moves. This one has a few, but it also has alot of standard "man enteres room, is instantly shot/hit by an object".
Then again, some of these moves are really cool. The way he positions an enemy in front of himself and then shoots him, of hold another guy on his sword while..shooting him, and the way he cuts of half the agents head..really nice looking.
Oh, and it was shorter than the last ones. Although I can understand why, alot of detail went into this one. Wich I like.
So, conclusion: Good movie. And I reccomend krinkles takes a break, enjoys real life and makes more killer movies.
