Very interesting
It did a good job on being creepy, and the style was great. I especialy loved the symbolism that this movie showed. I'm assuming the council represents the Government...
But the rave at the end was stupid and unnecisary. I took one point off for that, and another point I took off because the timing wasn't all that decent. However, in the end, great movie.
