Very good. The animation was very good, and the B&W style sets the mood quite well.
When I first watched this, I thought about what it meant, and it kinda scared me with the accuracy of most social heirarchy (Can't spell... {hi-arky}).
I think you did a great job, though I still can't QUITE get the ending just yet. Not sure of the meaning... great job though.
