All these high scores seem to be exclusively predicated upon the fact that the style of this clip resembles Japanese animation. Albeit I cannot objectively comment on this specific aspect of the work (I rather dislike anime), I am compelled to say that in all other essential respects, this movie is unextrordinary, and, by logical extension, undeserving of the first place.

This was very well done! I think it was way cool good effects and sound (only i think it could've been english). But still pretty good. I also liked the music and good story in it all.

No doubt, this is the best flash on newgrounds.
You have mananged to put everything i love into one solid flash, great art, nice story, japanese (That's something i havent seen alot nowdays, and im glad since i understand japanese well ^^). Though there are some things that you could have improved, the sound could have been just a bit better, and i really miss dynamic shading in this one. I think you know what i mean by that ^^.
I really enjoyed this one, thanks alot for letting me view the best flash so far.
