Kawaii!
Holy cow this was so absolutely adorable. You did a really good job with everything, especially the voices and the graphics. I liked the whole school setting; it added a new spin to the whole idea of Final Fantasy. Oh, and I loved Ryu-sensei; he kind of looked to me like Kimura-sensei from Azu-manga-daioh.
Keep up the good work! (wish I knew Japanese -- where did you learn it, in a college course?)
