Now that I have summed up all the moronic reviews I think this is a fantastic little movie. Its very cute and the music is well timed for the animation. I wish I could find the lyrics in English for the song, but even that isn't a big deal because its fun to listen to. If I could download this little animation onto my PDA i'd be a happy man.

This movie is probably a boon to anime fans. Good choice as they are quite a populated audience. A good movie I must say, though I'm not dumbstruck by it's anime roots.
