I saw this video at Albino Black Sheep first, and I couldn't resist watching it again. It is definately one of the best flash videos there is; the animation is incredible, the song is amazing (I love Japanese music), and the "plot" for the video couldn't be better (it's very cute). Yeah, I'm a guy too, so? This video is still awesome.
