Seriously, I think a represenitave from each of the gaming companies mentioned should definitely watch this movie to learn a thing or two. You were right on the mark with each of the games that were featured. A hilarious presentation of the state of gaming today, and what it could be in a few years. This is a must-see for all console gamers who dredge year after year of unoriginal games. Great job, guys, and long live the Double Helix.

Haha pricless. your so true. I cant think of anything i didn't like about this... except "ghetto party 5" that was just cornball. It was funny when link threw the master sword behind him with the like.. 50 others. And it was hilarious with the "Mario Sets the VC-R" Your graphics were good. your soud was decent, but i think u may need a slightley higher FPS. it was funny how it was mentioned that games became mroe then "Timing jumps". I was shocked when u said that alien homonid was gay but luaghed when i saw u were a slave for it qoute unqoute "We are not worthy!" I'd say the funniest part was... "um 200... yeah.. um Yeah tahts right 200 years ago.... erm... something... really bad happened! yeah! and now u uh.... have to... do something about it!"

I viewed this short a while ago, but neglected to review it...
From what I understand, some people have taken offense from this short, for the parodies it contains on fictional sequels. I suppose I don't understand why one would take offense to this, because while these are all games that we love and cherish, you do see truth in the parodies.
While developers have tried new things, like the water-based travel system in the new Zelda (which is boring and craptastical), to almost removing Snake from the second Metal Gear solid entirely, they just can't cover up that it is the same game done over. Take for instance, the Tony Hawk series. I was a morbid THPS fan until the third one came out. Now they're up to five games, and aside from a few game additions, the gameplay is the same damn thing.
Good job on the short, I enjoyed it very much. The humor was a refreshing breath of air, amidst some of the more stale and aging animations that still manage to make constant reappearances on Newgrounds.
Brilliant
I love this flash for many many reasons. Its points out the truth, that sequels are not working and gamers are getting sick of them. All the next generation of gamers have to look forward to is recycled FPS shooters... which frankly aren't getting a whole lot better. Loved the Tomb Raider and Zelda jokes... no wonder this is one of NG's top ten flashes!
