It could happen
Now, I don't want to sound like a 1960s "in the future" bullshit sort of reply, but I think in the 2050s videogames will be dead. At least, console gaming will. Console games are just crap now, I must agree. I mean, I got Tony Hawk's Underground, the 5th of the series, which proves the extended concept of the videogame genre. Not only that, there's advertising for McDonald's, Element, Independent, Etnies, and even a KISS dvd that coincidentialy came out nearly the same time as THUG. PC gaming, in my opinion, will probably stay. I mean, think about it. To play online on a pc, you need the game and an internet connection. But with console, you need the game, internet connection, sold-separately hardware, and subscription to their crap service. That's hundreds of dollars more than that of PC gaming. Well, that's it. Overall, it was a spectacular movie with cool premice, voices were a little bit sloppy, but then again I'm pretty picky on sound. Still good, keep it up.
