Pretty good, actually
In a way, it was exellent because
1) it was funny in a crappy way and
2) It really did pinpoint all of the shittiness of the Dragon Ball series, from the pointless, drawn-out fight scenes to the stupid dialouge.
Oh, and
3) the Dog that Ate People was cute :)
