If you're planning to get a rom, this should take away the guilty feeling if you're that kind of illegal person.
But heres some not-so-great things:
-Too slow
-Typo "Sonic got trough act 1"
-Hill textures not slanted
-Self made textures - Could you use the games textures?
-Glitches (Not that bad though)

The only reason I'd say it was the best flash sonic ever is because the others are super crap. A bit easy. Good try anyway.
