I wish There were more than 4 Levels and 2 Bosses.There Needs To Be 5 Levels but I know making these levels are hard but try.

I have two complaints. One: The hit boxes do need to be fixed. Two: The loops. In almost every Sonic game, there are rings on the loops (and those spirally things). Yet, yours does not. FIX IT!
WTF?!
You need to fix the hit area. The missile blast of the second boss didn't even touch m and I lost my rings. I do all I can but when I jump I get hit. You need to fix this.
