Very slow. Sonic games should be faster. The bosses are all rip offs of ones from the Sonic Advanced games that where also dissapointing to the Sonic serise. Play the Sonic games on Genisis and then the ones on GBA and you will understand what I mean by the newer games are way to slow. This however still is the best home made Sonic game yet. It however isnt very origional. The music is also from previouse Sonic games. I understand the complete sprite concept and how that needs to look somewhat hte same but something origional needs added. The controls also did feel odd at first. It would of been much better if I could change them. I also found a few problems. When landing on top of a spring facing left or right you are forced to bounce off to the left or right. This dosent happen in real sonic games. Also when you try to jump a up and over in ball fourm at a corner if feels blocky like the corner isnt rouned off. There is a little area of space there you cant take up. This must of been a lot of work and because of its wonderful presitation it makes up for its lack of originality. Like others said this is fucking awesome. Good work.
