Awesome Having said that i do have some thoughts
1. the password saver doesnt seem to be working for me.
2. when i beat the game it goes to the end and gives me a cheat and then i have to restart and i lose it all
3.the grinding with cream could look better
4.more levels

Well done, but needs just a few tweaks.
Very good, very nostalgic, but there's a just a few things you need to do to make the game work better:
1. Acceleration and deceleration of the characters is way, way too slow in relation to a Sonic game. It makes the controls feel disorientingly sluggish, and can make it really, really hard to jump up to that high ledge with the upwards-pointing spikes underneath. ;)
2. Usually, when a character gets hit in a Sonic game, they get about a second or two of invulnerability. You know, blink-blink and all that. That's not in this game, but should be.
3. Strictly graphical. As a character moves higher in the level, the background should move lower; likewise, whenever they move lower, the background should move higher. Helps add a bit of perspective. ;)

I have always loved sonic, and you did an amazing job, My only problem is you fall too slow and you walk too slow, so you have to charge or fly.
