It would've done well, but Saviour may be better.
Overall, this is an excellent piece, and would have served its purpose well as the savior cartoon. However, the representation of the flash symbol was inconsistent with the normal symbol used throughout Newgrounds. Also, the symbolism of "taking the flash off the streets" has more of a pity connotation - like flashes are being saved from an otherwise inevitable and undeserved blammed fate. The idea of "raising" the flash presented in "Oh Saviour" feels like more of an ascendancy from a neutral state, a "judgment state", which I think is a better rendition of how the portal works.
Your flash does have one supreme advantage though. I like how you said, "For better or worse, you have saved this flash." As a member of the blam club, I tend to think too much crap is magnanimously saved through the portal. Your statement kind of points out that not all salvations are deserved. This compliments the idea pointed out in the Blam cartoon, that when one blams work, one could be blamming something that someone else worked hard to create (which, of course, does not mean it deserved to stay).
Overall good work. Hopefully it will find a place and use somewhere on Newgrounds. If not, maybe you'll produce something else that will.

Ya, this is more from an artist's/my perspective, as in the end, I just wanna blow my brains out.
Despite the score, I still know there's a million things that could be done to make this better, and I know I will never make it look/feel up to "my" par.
But ya, I totaly see Dini's perspective as well. This is just my take on "it" =).
Thanks for seeing my view on " FOR BETTER OR WORSE". Being around NG for as long as I have, I had to put that in there >=).

I had wished to make the animation more involed, but filesize was going up to much =P.
Audio was the MAIN insporation behind the whole movie, btw.
