And I like the hair on Bush, too. Your graphics are excellent and you've done Bush's voice well. But, yeah, that smile and the message is what makes it really funny.

I would have given you a higher score, but..
I've already heard that edited speech... all you did was add some mediocre flash. If you were the one who originally made this speech, nice job- and I apologize for the low score, but if not, it's a little low for you to pawn off someone else's work like that.
Funny edited speech but...
there's one major, major problem here. Watching Bush simply change his facial expression, turn side to side, and talk... is NOT enough visual activity to go along with a speech of this length.
Even just a box in the corner of the screen, a la CNN, showing what Bush is talking about or something... ANYthing in addition to Bush talking would be a welcome addition to this flash.
Anyway, regarding what's there already visually.... Bush looks fine, but yeah, I think the flags are a little weird looking. They're frozen in time while blowing in the wind... apparently.
And the yellow that I assume is supposed to be gold is kinda garish, especially around the seals.
But on a positive note, my favorite lines were:
"we must offer every child in America... THREE nuclear missles!"
"I have a message for the Iraqi people: go home and die."
I look forward to a better version, and I'm sorry to hear you lost so much work. I would have liked to see the original version as well.
