Nothing spectacular, but sprite movies rock
It's not a very interesting story, I'm sorry to say. I wasn't quite sure what that whole conflict about not being able to 'get it up' was about, but that's probably because I didn't see the first movie. That's not the problem, though. As soon as Sonic says he has a problem holding an erection and that Robotnik has something to do with it, you can pretty much fill in the rest of the story for yourself (mainly because... that's pretty much the whole story).
The jokes seemed slightly dirty in that cutesy, video game sprite kind of way; it's pretty much on par with every other sprite 'toon on Newgrounds. It's the sense of humor this site was built upon and has truly made its own, through the efforts of various Flash authors looking to keep the trend of innocent childhood icons like Mario and Sonic cursing like sailors and complaining about their unpredictable bodily fluids in full swing. You're certainly helping to keep the tradition of low-brow humor alive, and that's a good thing... but only someone who frequents Newgrounds will understand that.
All in all, it's not a breathtaking movie, but it's also just charming enough in its blatant NG crudeness to warrant getting this review. You didn't do a bang-up job, but you did a good job, and by golly, that's good enough for me. It could have been worse, after all.

Ok so this one did better than the first, but i can see it wasnt that interesting to a few...
But as i said this is more of an intro to the 3rd, and i think once you see that one. It'll all come together.
