There is no need to be vulgar on such topics as Mr. Rogers death.
The reason I say this is because there are some people that deserve to have respectful things said about their characters. From what I see from this flash work is just blatant disrespect that has absolutely no focus on why this piece is dedicated towards that note.
My suggestions in order to improve your drawing are; practice some of the basics. Try tracing basic objects over and over again until you have control over the fundamentals. Secondly, try practing your basic use of flash, by using the basic tutorial sessions and learning how to use the motion tween devices. Thirdly, try reading some chicken soup novels. Those self-help devices they suggest will greatly improve your ideals on what is tasteful and what is tasteless.

Graphics: 2. Can't help but notice the dog was the only thing you drew; everything else was stick figures. Hey, at least this one was animated. Oh, almost forgot; you also drew a dick. You did that well. You draw a lot of dicks, eh sonny jim?
Style: 0. Not because you made fun of a dead guy (family guy picks on Mr. Rogers; they do it well,) but because the animation, on a whole, sucked.
