Actually my friend, car accidents are the number 1 killer, i know this because my dad is a CHP officer, then there is heart disease, then murder, suicide, and finally cigarettes. Marijuana isnt even on the top 100.

that was great that was great but smoking kills more than all murders, suicides, drugs, alcohol, car crashes, fires, and aids combined so i think your info is off... so w/e i had to look it up for school
