I cannot even tell what your sig is supposed to be. How about instead of telling people to fix your MS Paint sig, you tell us what it is exactly what you want. Besides that, you could also try waiting. it has only been a couple of hours. There are people that wait a couple of days before they get a sig. Just be patient.
