Best one? There really isn't a best one but a favorite. They are all awesome in their respective category. Sonic=Speed, Knux=Power etc., etc.

What about them? Well okay, I played Sonic and Knuckles like 5 years ago, I beat half the game in one sitting.

The cartoon? It was funny, but it was... I dunno a little weird. The only human in the series was Robotnik. Everyone else were animals. It was funny nonetheless, I remember an episode when Robotnik shrank the entire city, but I don't remember how Sonic saved the day. Also remember an episode of how Sonic is so fast. His (grandfather, I think) made shoes for him, and that made him fast. Guess it's different in the games.
5.How much does Robotnik/Eggman weigh?

You could use, Paint a program that should be installed in your computer. That's what I use anyway. Here's a recent one I made in the MegaMan Crew:
