When you are on the top 100, there are many people on it that just don't vote, forget to do it, or just don't care anymore, so you rank up kind of fast while there. I mean, in less then a month, I went from #110 to #91 ! :)

the problem is that in the 100-500 range, there are TONS of people moving up towards the top 100. Like lightning, Recon, me, Crono, tons of people.

Sure we're passing dormant people every week, but... the amount of activity heading into the top 100 is going to increase in the coming months, I believe.

I'll just be happy finally getting into the top 200. I've been stuck around 240 for a week. Bleh.

I can taste the top 500 now, up to 505, the last 20 or so spots have been pretty easy. It'll start to get difficult now, there's just so many upper level 13's, 14's and 15's moving. Just need to make sure I don't miss any more deposits :-)

Oh, it's going to get REALLY difficult.

I noticed someone on the most recent deposits list with an exp around 1000 less than my current... so I checked his profile out. His exp rank was around #480. I checked out what MY rank was when I was his exp amount... and it was around #360.

Things are rapidly spiraling.

Get it while it's good, cause if you were level 10 right now... boy it'd be painful to move up. Whew.

Anywho, this makes 4800. Enough posts for today, I'll let it sit there till at least the end of the GG day.

I'm gonna go get a tape set up for the preshow stuff and try to squeeze it all in with the game on an 8 hour tape. We'll see if that'll work. #;-}>

Yeah, but the only thing more unlikely than the current top 100 users never depositing again is the current top 100 users depositing every day, all of them, for 10+ years.

So we all have a chance, albeit small, to make it through all the people who stop depositing or slow down for whatever reason, and increase our ranking.

I share your short term goal of top 200 (and of course, teh level 16 that pretty much goes with it), but I would like to get to the top 100 eventually, and I think that I can. Top 50, though... that might be unreachable. But if I ever did, I would finally consider my horrible oversight of not depositing enough with this account in 2000, 2001, and 2002 finally repaired, more or less. #;-}>
