Nice work absent =) I noticed a few complaints about rank placement and you may as well put your foot down now. I used to have some disclaimer comment to the effect that ranks were based upon BPs at the time of recalc, while total BPs were whatever they had when I finally got to their profile. Might be easier to throw something up about that and use it as a stock phrase in your postings.

TRIP UPDATE

The wedding and reception were a blast ... bar hopping with the bride's mother and sister afterwards was as well. Aside from yesterday, today was the day I was really looking forward to ... live football in a stadium that's actually designed for it, instead of the shared-use crap in the States. Let's just say I got us good seats ...

Near the end of the game, Robinho got hit with an NHL level hip check and in the ensuing shoving match someone punched Beckham dead in the face. The main problem with that is that you can only buy tickets from the stadium, and there's some really funky crap they've got where they sell tickets in specific blocks of time. You can call ahead to reserve a place in a long line ... or just show up and stand in an insanely long line. I asked around (a LOT) and found out that the best way to get tickets is a block from my hotel. The Hotel Francisco I on Calle Arenal (just off Puerto de Sol) sells tickets for about twice the going price of the seats, with the extra going toward you being able to pick your seats and having someone else stand in the sun all day for you. For 65€ you can be in the nosebleed seats, 75€ puts you on the second tier, and 80€ in the front row.

Yeah, I just saw the news coverage of the game. The guy who got the red deserved to get at least a yellow, simply for the fact that he reached out to hit an opposing player ... but Beckham earned himself an Oscar nomination. From our seats, with players in the way, it looked like, particularly from Beckham's reaction at the time and afterwards that he had been punched. The close up from the news showed that, at worst, you might call it a light open handed slap ... more of a, "hey, I'm talkin to you," attention grabber.

Im also making a good effort to make this list.

If I can manage to hold on to my pace of 53 blams a day ( since july 30 when I discovered how to deposit exp and blam)
Then I Should be on the list (with 7522) in 74 days. or on December 17th . That will fit nicely with my goal of reaching it by New Years : )
