That is correct, regular users can only report abuse. Review mods and admins are the only ones that can delete reviews.

Just began to read Rage's review of abusive reviews and realized that it, in and of itself was abusive due to its attack on abusive reviews. That's not necessarily a bad thing, just in case any really great people might happen to decide to accuse me of being abusive. And of course, it that were to be the case, I'd really love to do anything within my power, in a peace and loving sort of way, to erase that idea from their minds. So, uh, did I make it through that without being abusive?

Yes but abusing abusive reviews is not breaking the Ng rules in any way shape of forum [as long as you do it respectfully. ] Writing an abusive review IS against the rules and flagging them gets users whistle points. The point of this thread though is not to discuss abusive reviews but to post them so other players can get there whistle points up. It also helps keep the reviews a bit cleaner and more helpful to the artist.

Your argument makes absolutely no sense.

So we are making newgrounds a worse place by getting rid of reviews that are offensive whether to the reader or to the author. So you are saying we are being mean to the abusive reviewer. Well they are being mean to newgrounds. We are just helping to make newgrounds a better place.
