Read the Review Rules located in the FAQ. If you follow those then you won't have a problem flagging the right and not flagging the wrong reviews. If you're unsure of a review just PM a review mod. Most, if not all BBS mods are review mods and tell you thus in either their signature or profile picture.

I'd agree that you deserve the last word if you're going to actually respond to someone's review, I've oftentimes found the author responds to all of the reviews with a word or two repeated in every post, oftentimes not so nice. If you're going to be mature about it, sure you deserve the last word...but if you're going to be dirty and cruel there's no reason to, and the reviewer deserves a chance to respond. I just don't see how Artists are main focus of the site when without viewers there is no point to make movies.
