Umm, this could be your mistake. ALL REVIEWS ARE DIRECTED TO THE AUTHOR. That is the purpose of reviews, to let the author know what youthink about the submission and how to improve on it.

Not too sure what you mean by that. Be clearer. If your flagging all reviews that don't compliment the author, you could be missing the point of the review system. All reviews don't have to be positive, they can negative if the offer critism or advice on improvement without the insults.

The perfect place to look is the icon help page with lots of flashes that are usually sucky. One bad one is where he voted 2 I think. It looks long but it's not.
