No, reviews aren't deleted by just flagging. Those reviews the lovely Washu pointed out were freshly made and some were already flagged. So I went ahead and took care of them.

They are review banned by the mods who work mostly behind the sences. Also it isn't like it used to be when the reviews would get deleted once a month because only one person is deleting them you have to be quick so I flag the reviews before I post them just in case of this.
