Short crappy reviews are not automatically considered abusive. Unless the user has a string of them just to get stats up. So leave it alone and just report the link to a review who will handle it then. I have deleted reviews that are just seriously off topic, but in those cases best bet to leave it alone and report the link to a review mod and let them decide instead of risking your whistle level on uncertainity.

I have stated in this thread that some reviews I'm deleted on the spot that are like:

That is just pointless. Things like

Title: ok
Summary: nice

Don't break any rules initially and best bet is to look at all there reviews to see apattern, if there is a pattern, report toa review mod and they'll tell what to do next. If no patter, leave it alone.

I'd say they are. This is an English speaking site, and thus reviews should be in English too. Wade made a post about this regarding posts in different languages, but I'd assume it extends to reviews too.

Not really. Abusive flash links are usually posted by members of The Elite Guard Barracks, but otherwise since flash is flagged fairly quickly, it's not worth it to post a link.
