"Non-helpful" reviews aren't deleted. Noone realy marks things has non-helpful also some flash authers mark helpful reviews as helpful.

It's not against the rules for people to say they didn't like a Flash in their review(what would be the point in that?). That review clearly explains why he didn't like it and offers tips on how the Flash could have been improved.
That review doesn't insult the author of the Flash, it certainly isn't a crap review, it's beneficial to the author, it doesn't promote anything, there are no strings of characters, or words repeated over and over, there are no images made from text and characters, it doesn't suggest that the submission should have been blammed, it doesn't comment on others reviews, it doesn't say that the Flash was stolen and it doesn't say that the Flash shouldn't have been featured anywhere.
I'd like to see how you can say that review breaks the review guidelines.
I also reccomend that you take the time to read the review guidelines or you may end up with a garbage whistle if you continue to flag reviews like that.
