Question. Is it possable to Blow the whistle Malicious for posting the wrong rating?

Actually for level 30 it's the same as whistle levels, only the user who has the most experience out of everyone on Newgrounds will be level 30 and each time that user deposits, their number of experience points increases and it takes longer for each user from level 9 up to level up to the next level.
The number of experience points required to reach the next level increases each time the level 30 user deposits, in this pattern:

So can you ever loose your level 30 or will you always have it as long as your above a certain number? Is it the same as whistles?

If you reach level 30, you will only keep it if you have the highest number of experience points out of everyone on Newgrounds. If somebody passes the level 30 user(Pimp) in experience they(Pimp) will level down to level 29.

If the person gives the wrong rating no. as long as the review is not abusive itself the rating doesn't matter. otherwise there would be a lot more abusive reviews out there to flag
